The main locations you’ll be able to explore on this trip are:

  • Ronda: a town in the interior of Málaga, situated in a gorge that separates the new town from the old town, whose origins date back to the period of Arab rule. You’ll also find spectacular views from the Puente Nuevo, a huge stone bridge that spans the gorge.
  • Marbella: one of the most luxurious and well-known towns on the Costa del Sol, in Málaga. As well as its beautiful beaches and the Sierra Blanca mountains, it is also renowned for its prestigious nightclubs, golf courses and marinas such as Puerto Banús.
  • Seville: the capital of Andalusia and Spain’s fourth-largest city. It has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site and boasts numerous historic tourist attractions such as the Torre del Oro and the Alcázar.
  • Granada: the former capital of Al-Andalus and home to the Alhambra, the most impressive medieval Arab building from the Muslim era.
  • Toledo: a walled city and capital of the Visigothic Kingdom following the Germanic invasions, it is renowned for its medieval Arab, Jewish and Christian monuments. It is known as the city of the three cultures.
  • Cáceres: a city rich in historic monuments situated in Extremadura. Its architecture blends Renaissance, Gothic and Moorish styles.
