Museum of Broadway Tickets

Thanks to this post, you’ll be able to discover the spectacular Broadway Museum in New York. Located in Times Square, right in the heart of Manhattan, it’s a place where you can see everything that goes on behind the scenes of the shows at one of the world’s most important theatres.

The museum, covering 2,400 square metres, consists of three sections:

• The Map Room, featuring a short film describing the history of theatre in New York and the locations of existing theatres
• A two-storey Broadway timeline
• The ‘Making of a Broadway Show’ exhibit, offering a glimpse behind the scenes of the theatre

In the museum’s various galleries – which have been created in collaboration with dozens of artists – you can experience the history and evolution of New York’s theatres. All this is brought to life through immersive video projections: from the Financial District to Union Square and Herald Square, right up to today’s Times Square. You can travel through time with the timeline, which is packed with images of Broadway, from its inception to the present day.

You can also go behind the scenes to discover how a Broadway show is created through a special exhibition. This pays tribute to the community of highly talented professionals, both on and off stage, who bring Broadway plays and musicals to life every night.
