Step by Step
Enter a 97-metre underwater tunnel through the shark exhibit, where tiger sharks and moray eels swim around you as you watch the daily feeding. Watch these magnificent predators enjoy their food and learn surprising facts about their anatomy and behaviour.
Continue your tour in the Canadian Waters gallery, home to giant Pacific octopuses, wolf eels and American lobsters. Here you'll find out how the animals adapt to the cold waters of the west coast and how to keep them healthy in captivity.
Head to Ray Bay, where graceful stingrays glide across the sand. Immerse yourself in the weightless dance of the jellyfish in the Planet Jellies area, which comes alive with neon lights and gentle currents that enhance their ethereal form.
Finally, marvel at Rainbow Reef, teeming with colourful coral and exotic fish such as the Picasso triggerfish, unicorn surgeonfish and harlequin tuskfish. This last stretch of the tour is a burst of colour and tropical biodiversity in the middle of Toronto.
Plus, each day you can attend interactive talks with marine biologists, where they explain conservation challenges and you can ask live questions. A perfect experience for families, school children and nature lovers.
