Everything was fine: digital tickets and lift access to the first and second levels. The views from above were the best part of the trip.

I was delighted to see the city from such a famous vantage point. The experience was comfortable and the initial guidance prevented us from getting lost.

Enjoy your visit, although it’s best to arrive with plenty of time to spare as the area is always busy. Once inside, the tour is thoroughly enjoyable.

The second-floor section was spectacular. There was quite a lot of footfall on the first floor, but the glass floor is well worth a stop.
