Step by Step
How does the Paris Pass work?
Once you’ve made your purchase, you’ll receive the Paris Pass by email. You’ll simply need to show the digital pass at the entrance to each place you visit or for each experience you book. If you prefer, you can print it out and show the paper copy.
What do I receive when I make my purchase?
As well as the digital pass, you’ll receive the necessary instructions on how to use it, and you’ll be able to check the Go City app for the included attractions, opening times, access information and booking requirements.
How do I activate the pass?
The pass is activated the first time you use it, and the first day of validity begins from that moment. Days are counted as calendar days and end at 23:59, regardless of the time of activation. We therefore recommend starting to use it in the morning. After purchase, you have up to 1 year to activate it
What are the benefits of the pass?
Buying the Paris Pass is cheaper than booking tickets for all the attractions and experiences it includes (over 85) individually. For added convenience, you can sync the pass with the dedicated app and have all the information to hand on your smartphone.
Are there any attractions that require advance booking?
Yes. Some of the main attractions require advance booking. Check the Go City app or the instructions for each activity to find out how to book. Activities requiring a booking are clearly indicated.
