Step by Step

Before becoming a luxury mecca, the Gulf of Saint-Tropez was home to winegrowers, fishermen and farmers. This tour takes you back to that tradition, starting with a short briefing on horse safety and handling. After riding, you'll ride along serene trails through centuries-old vineyards and the Maures forest, breathing in the fresh air and enjoying unforgettable views.

Your guide, a certified equestrian instructor, will share information about the region's wine-growing history and its link with the rural life of yesteryear. Along the way, you will make several stops to admire the scenery and take photos with your horse at a brisk trot.

At the end of the ride, you will arrive at a family-run winery built among vines and olive groves. There, you will be welcomed by the stone esplanades where you will taste a glass of local wine - rosé, red or white depending on the vintage - accompanied by explanations about the terroir and the artisanal production process.

If the winery is not available that day, you will also be offered a glass of wine in a nearby alternative space, to guarantee the oenological experience. At the end, farewell with tips to continue exploring the area and transport you back to your accommodation.

Enjoy a plan with a difference: equestrian ecotourism and local gastronomy united in a 1h 30 min experience that disconnects you from the hustle and bustle of Saint-Tropez and connects you with its most authentic roots.
