Step by Step
Start your adventure in front of the Hannover Tourist Office, where you'll meet your local guide and review the route before hopping on your bike. You will then head towards the New Town Hall, admiring its imposing façade and receiving your first explanations about the history of the city.
The ride continues towards the Maschsee, Hannover's largest urban lake. Here you will enjoy your first taste of the lake's shores, while discovering the secrets of this green lung created in the 1930s.
From the Maschsee, the route takes you to the Herrenhausen Gardens, an impressive example of baroque landscape design. After a brief stop to admire its fountains and flowerbeds, you will continue on to the Georgengarten, passing through its tree-lined promenades to reach the old town.
In the Altstadt, in the heart of medieval Hannover, two last tasting stations await you: a café with homemade pastries and a restaurant where you can sample regional specialities. All this accompanied by the cultural stories and anecdotes that your guide will share with you.
The return journey will take you back to the starting point, completing a 3.5-hour circular route in which you will cycle through the most emblematic spots and taste the best of the local gastronomy.
