Step by Step

The guided boat tour starts at the harbour of Fira, at the foot of Santorini's white cliffs. After arriving at the meeting point, you will embark to cross the caldera while your guide explains the formation of the rich volcanic landscape and its last great outburst.

Arriving at the island of Palia Kameni, you will start a walking tour to the top of Santorini's volcano. Along the way, your guide will explain the geology, the layers of lava and the history of the tsunamis that shaped the region. From the crater, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and the caldera.

On the way back to the boat, you will head to Nea Kameni, where you can take a dip in the hot springs, whose temperatures and mineral composition offer a unique therapeutic bath. It is the perfect moment to relax and contemplate the volcanic bottom while floating in a natural pool.

After the dip, the boat will return to the old port of Fira, where the experience will come to an end. From there, you can take the cable car (€6 each way) or descend the 600 steps down to the old town of Fira at your own pace.
