Step by Step
With this snorkelling tour from Sainte-Rose, you will embark on a journey to the Blue Lagoon of Guadeloupe . In small groups of about 12 people and together with an expert guide you will explore a total of 15,000 hectares of crystal clear , turquoise waters .
Throughout the journey, which will last approximately 4.5 hours, you will pass through the calm waters of the Grand Cul-de-sac marin of Guadeloupe. You will see a bizarre aquatic forest full of mysterious mangroves . You will also pass the Mosquito River, where you will see an immense number of birds.
Then you will enter the Great Barrier Reef of Guadeloupe, a long coral reef more than 25 km long. Once here, you can use the snorkelling equipment and see all the aquatic fauna in the lagoon. You will see parrotfish, blue surgeonfish, damselfish, Neptune's brains and many more.
Your guide, who will accompany you throughout the trip, will give you interesting information about the marine life and coral reefs . He will also give you tips on how to improve your snorkelling technique and how to interact responsibly with the marine environment.
