Step by Step
Join this free tour and explore Dublin, a city small in size but giant in character, history and culture. Over the course of an enjoyable walk of approximately three hours (or two hours on the afternoon tour), you'll discover the most exciting episodes of its past, from the Viking invasions to the modern revolutions.
The tour includes essential stops such as Dublin Castle, the majestic Christ Church Cathedral, the famous Trinity College and the charming Temple Bar neighbourhood. In addition, you'll walk through lesser-known areas steeped in literary, musical and political history, giving you a deep and authentic insight into the city.
During the morning tour, there is a break in a traditional pub for those who wish to have a drink or use the toilets before continuing the tour. The afternoon tour is shorter and does not include stops.
Please note that this tour is designed for individual travellers or small groups of up to 5 adults and 3 children. If your group is larger, you will need to hire a private service. To avoid inconvenience, it is important not to make multiple bookings to get around this rule.
How does a free tour work?
A free tour is a guided walking tour with no fixed price. At the end of the tour, it is you who will evaluate the quality of the service with your contribution to the guide.
