Florence E-Bike Tour

Choosing an e-bike tour of Florence rather than a traditional walking tour will allow you to explore more of the city in greater comfort. For approximately 2 hours, you’ll cycle through the centre of Florence to discover its main tourist attractions.

An expert local guide will accompany you throughout the tour and provide interesting information along the entire route. You’ll learn more about Renaissance Florence as you pass by its most iconic monuments.

• The Basilica di San Lorenzo, one of the city’s largest churches and the burial place of all the leading members of the Medici family
• The Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, which lends its name to the main railway station and is the city’s principal Dominican church
• Il Duomo, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, the city’s cathedral
• The Palazzo Pitti and the Palazzo Medici Riccardi, home to the Metropolitan City of Florence and a museum

There will also be time to cross the iconic Ponte Vecchio and explore some of Florence’s main squares, such as Piazza della Repubblica – originally the city’s forum – or Piazzale Michelangelo. From the latter, you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of Florence, making it the perfect moment to take some souvenir photos.

Although this is a very accessible itinerary for everyone, Florence’s hills will be much easier to tackle thanks to the electric bike. This is a bike with a built-in motor that will make pedalling easier and allow you to relax during the tour.
