How does the Cancun Go City All-Inclusive Plus Pass work? All you have to do is choose a 2, 3, 4 or 5 day pass. During those days you will be able to access all the included activities you want, showing your digital pass from your mobile phone at each access.

What is the difference between this pass and the normal All-Inclusive pass? The main difference is that the All-Inclusive Plus Pass includes the 14 activities of the All-Inclusive pass and adds 1 additional premium experience, which in this case is the entrance to Xcaret Park and Cancun Scenic Tower.

How many days can I choose? Currently you can choose between 2, 3, 4 or 5 day passes. Once activated, the pass remains valid for 14 calendar days from the first use.

How is the pass activated? The pass is activated automatically when you use it for the first time at an attraction. From that moment the validity period starts to count and you will be able to enjoy the activities included during the selected days.

Do I need to book for some activities? Yes, some experiences may require prior booking or have specific access instructions. It is always best to check the app before organising your day.

Can I choose the activities before I buy? No, you don't. You can decide on the fly which activities to do according to your itinerary and the pace of your trip.

Can I repeat an activity? No. Each activity included in the pass can only be enjoyed once.
