Step by Step

Explore Kazimierz with a professional guide who will accompany a group of around 15 people on this tour lasting approximately two hours.

You’ll see some of the most important synagogues in Kraków’s Jewish quarter. One of them is the Stara Synagoga, the oldest surviving synagogue in Poland and one of the most valuable examples of Jewish architecture in Europe.

The Tempel Synagogue will be another stop on your tour. As well as being a place of worship, it is an ideal centre for gaining an in-depth understanding of Jewish culture, and hosts numerous concerts and gatherings.

You’ll also be able to visit churches such as the Church of Corpus Christi, a religious building where you can admire a blend of Baroque and Gothic architecture.

And not only that, but many other features characteristic of the architecture and culture of this prominent Kraków neighbourhood. These include Szeroka Street, the nerve centre of Jewish culture in Kraków; Nowy Świat, Kraków’s New Square, which hosts various festivals and events; and the Father Bernatek Footbridge, a modern pedestrian bridge separating Kazimierz from Podgórze.

Entrance fees to the monuments are not included in the price, but you can purchase them on the spot with the help of your guide.
