Step by Step
This enjoyable experience, lasting around 3 hours, includes a Spanish cookery class. Under the guidance of an expert chef, you’ll learn to prepare paella and various tapas like a master. Visit La Boquería market, where you’ll select the best ingredients for your dishes.
The Boquería Market is one of the most famous food markets in Barcelona and Spain. It is situated on Las Ramblas, in the city centre, and since 1836 over 300 stalls have been open here, offering the finest produce from local and international cuisines. Eggs, meat, cheese, fruit, sweets… it’s hard to think of any produce that can’t be found at the Boquería.
With the help of an expert chef, you’ll take part in an interactive cookery workshop to make traditional paella and a variety of tapas, as well as learning how to make drinks such as sangria.
After the whole process of sourcing ingredients and preparing the dishes, you’ll be able to sit down at the table and enjoy your masterpiece. Traditional paella, seafood paella, a selection of tapas, sandwiches and sangria are just some of the delicacies you’ll have at your disposal once everything’s ready.
And that’s not all: the expert chef who will be guiding you through this interactive cookery class will share the best tips and recipes with you, so that once you’re back home, you can recreate the dishes you’ve learnt to make.
