Other Things You Should Know

It is essential to wear appropriate clothing with knees and shoulders covered; otherwise, your access may be restricted
Children under the age of 6 are not permitted to go up the tower and must remain at the bottom with an adult
You must go through a security check with a metal detector
Due to the limited capacity of the lifts, there may be a waiting time. Visits to the tower will be unguided. Use of the lift is subject to cancellation depending on weather conditions and other factors. When leaving the tower, you may have to use the stairs
Please note that to gain access to the monument, you may need to present the identity documents of all members of your party, including those of any children.
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to enter the tower unless accompanied by an adult
It is recommended that people who suffer from vertigo or have cardiovascular problems do not climb the tower
The climb up the tower will be unguided
Visitors going up the towers must leave their rucksacks and bags in the designated lockers
