Immerse yourself in the cheese-making tradition of Fuerteventura with this cheese-making workshop of approximately 2.5 hours.

Start the experience with a delicious breakfast, where you will be able to taste a variety of local cheeses and other typical products of the island.

You will then be welcomed by an expert cheesemaker who will guide you through the process of artisan cheese production and during the workshop, you will learn about the ingredients and techniques needed to make quality cheese. You will discover how the milk is selected, the cheese is curdled and moulded, as well as the different types of cheese produced on the island. You will be able to actively participate in the process, from the preparation of the milk to the shaping of the cheeses, as well as learning about cheese making, you will also learn about the importance of cheese in the culture and economy of Fuerteventura.

You will learn about the history and cheese-making traditions of the island, as well as the unique characteristics of Fuerteventura's cheeses.
