Madrid Tapas Tour

A gastronomic tour of Madrid will allow you to enjoy a pleasant time in the city centre whilst visiting the most iconic venues and sampling the area’s most typical tapas. The tour lasts approximately 3 hours, which you’ll make the most of to gain an in-depth understanding of the city’s culinary history.

You’ll visit four popular bars in the city, accompanied by an expert local guide who’ll tell you all about the area’s culinary traditions.

At each stop, you’ll have the chance to sample different tapas and local wines. The four bars are all very different from one another, giving you a comprehensive overview:

• A sherry bar with a Castilian-inspired ambience where you’ll learn about wines
• A shop that hides a wine bar behind its bottles of spirits
• A warm and bustling tavern with an open kitchen so you can watch the dishes being prepared
• A bohemian tavern dating back over 100 years

Throughout the tour, you’ll be able to sample over 12 different tapas to experience the full range of flavours. If you prefer, you can order a drink at each bar instead of a glass of wine.

This tour is designed for small groups of no more than 13 people, so you can enjoy a much more personalised and exclusive experience. The tour ends at a bar in the city centre, so you can continue the evening at your own pace.
