Step by Step

Embark on a 4-hour guided tour of Maui's west coast, paddling a kayak over the serene waters of Olowalu, known for its clarity and natural richness. This protected area is ideal for both ocean lovers and those looking for an active way to connect with Hawaiian nature.

After paddling in a stunning setting with majestic views of the West Maui Mountains, you'll stop to snorkel at Turtle Reef, a natural cleaning station for green sea turtles, where you'll also see hundreds of tropical fish. If you take the tour between December and April, you can watch humpback whales and listen to their songs through an underwater hydrophone.

During the tour, your guide will share with you knowledge about marine ecology, Hawaiian history, whale behaviour and much more. All necessary equipment(life jackets, snorkels, bottled water and snacks) is included.

This tour does not require previous kayaking or snorkelling experience, but does require basic swimming skills. It is ideal for families, couples or travellers looking for a memorable experience in direct contact with Hawaiian marine life.
