Depending on which option you choose, you can take the tour of Ground Zero and the Memorial, access the Memorial Museum with or without a guide, and finish with a visit to the One World Observatory.
During the tour of Ground Zero, a New York resident with a personal connection to the 9/11 attacks will be your guide. Through his personal experiences, you will learn about all the key points of the site: St. Paul's Chapel, the Memorial Wall, The Oculus or the Survival Tree.
One of the most moving moments will be the visit to the 9/11 Memorial. The reflecting pools in honour of the victims will invite you to reflect on what happened.
Depending on the option chosen:

In option 1, after the tour you will access the Memorial Museum and One World Observatory on your own.
-
In option 2, your guide will continue with you inside the museum, going deeper into the history with detailed explanations before you go up to the One World Observatory on your own.
From the 102nd floor of the One World Observatory, you will enjoy a 360° panoramic view of New York. In addition to Ground Zero, you'll be able to see iconic buildings such as the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building.
