This 2-day Niagara Falls outlet shopping tour from New York is for those who want to get out of the city and discover one of North America's most iconic landscapes without the hassle. You'll head north by bus through the Delaware Water Gap and the Finger Lakes region, stopping at Watkins Glen State Park (or Montour Falls in winter) to hike through canyons and waterfalls before continuing on to the falls.

In the afternoon you will reach the Niagara Falls area, where you will tour the American side: American Falls, Goat Island and Luna Island, with time to admire the views and take photos. As night falls, you'll enjoy the spectacle of the falls illuminated in different colours, a park classic that turns the scenery into something completely different from what you'll see during the day.

After sleeping in your hotel and having breakfast, you will start your second day listening to the roar of the water and getting even closer to the falls. Between May and October, the programme includes the famous Maid of the Mist boat ride, which takes you to the base of the falls; in winter, when the boat doesn't operate, you'll visit the Power Vista Hydroelectric Station and the impressive Cave of the Winds, to experience the power of the water from the catwalks.

At midday you'll head back to New York State, with a stop at one of the region's largest outlet malls, where you can take advantage of bargains and discounts on top brands before returning to the city in the evening. A rounded plan combining nature, leisure and shopping, with a professional guide and organised transport throughout the tour.
