New York Top of the Rock Observation Deck Ticket

At the entrance to the office building that houses the Top of The Rock observatory, you are greeted by a large red carpet. This welcome, together with the large Swarovski chandelier in the lobby, anticipates the elegance and modernity that characterises the Art Deco style building.
