Depending on the season, your views may include glittering sunsets, stormy skies or even dancing aurora borealis.

This experience is not just bathing: the 7-step Skjól ritual guides you through a sequence designed to revitalise body and mind. It begins with the warm entry (Laug), continues with the cool plunge (Kuldi) and steam (Ylur), followed by the refreshing spray (Súld) and scrub (Mýkt), and concludes with a sauna session (Gufa) before tasting the krækiber elixir (Saft), a traditional juice made from raven berries that provides antioxidants.

Between dips, explore the various relaxation zones: the cool mist space to revitalise, the plunge pool to tone up and relaxation areas with designs inspired by Icelandic culture. The water, constant at 38-40°C, and the maximum depth of 1.20m, invite both peace seekers and adventure lovers.

The Saman Pass includes round-trip transportation from Reykjavík BSI Terminal. A comfortable bus will pick you up and drop you off at the same point after approx. 10 minutes. No need to worry about logistics - just show your digital ticket to the driver.
