Step by Step

An electric golf cart tour of Florence is the perfect way to see more of the city and do so more quickly. In around 2 hours – the duration of this tour – you’ll be able to follow a comprehensive itinerary taking in the main tourist attractions of the capital of Tuscany.

A professional driver will take you between the different stops on the route whilst you listen to the audio guide on board the cart. What’s more, as this is a small-group tour, make the most of the personalised service by asking the driver to adjust the itinerary to suit your preferences.

You’ll cruise through the city in this fun, eco-friendly vehicle and discover some of the most iconic monuments and sites in Florence, known as the ‘cradle of the Renaissance’:

  • The Basilica of Santa Maria Novella and the Novecento Museum
  • The Ponte Vecchio over the River Arno
  • The Palazzo Pitti

There’ll also be time to visit some of the city’s characteristic squares. These include Piazza della Signoria, home to the Fountain of Neptune, the Palazzo Vecchio (City Hall) and the Loggia dei Lanzi. Or Piazza Santa Croce, which houses the church of the same name.

Please note that, as the tour bus cannot access certain areas, parts of the tour will be on foot. You’ll get off the bus and walk to the tourist attraction to explore it more closely. Once you’ve finished, you’ll get back on the bus and continue with the itinerary.

Strongly recommended, not a fancy but great way to see the city quickly and not walk!
