Back in the kitchen, the chef will teach you how to prepare handmade tortillas and traditional sauces, explaining the origin of each recipe and its regional variations. The atmosphere is relaxed and collaborative, ideal for both beginners and amateurs looking to perfect their techniques.

In the middle of the day, enjoy snacks as you progress through the preparation of the main courses and desserts. Each workstation will be equipped with the necessary utensils and supplies so you can replicate the recipes at home.

The highlight is a 6-course banquet, where you will taste your creations along with homemade soft drinks, local craft beers and an authentic tequila shot. It will be a feast for the senses, accompanied by culinary anecdotes and pairing recommendations.
