Step by Step
If you’re a food lover and would like to learn how to make pasta, pizza or ice cream in bucolic Tuscany, this is a unique opportunity you’ll thoroughly enjoy. With the guidance of a professional chef who will guide you through the process and offer tips, you’ll be able to make two of Italians’ favourite dishes. When booking, choose your preferred option: a pasta and ice cream class or a pizza and ice cream class.
As the estate is situated on the outskirts of Florence, this booking includes transport from Florence to the venue, which is just 15 minutes from the city.
This excursion lasts approximately five hours and takes place in groups of around 26 people. Once you’ve heard the introduction and the history of these two dishes, you’ll get stuck in and gather the ingredients you’ll need to make them right here on the estate.
This booking includes three courses, either for lunch or dinner. You’ll also be served a beer or a glass of wine to enjoy during the activity.
You’ll also leave the activity with the recipes for the pizza and ice cream, so you can recreate them at home or wherever you like. And as if that weren’t enough, you’ll receive a certificate recognising that, from now on, you’ll be an expert pizza maker and ice-cream maker.

- EE.The food was delicious and our hosts were wonderful, knowledgeable and entertaining. The only downside was that the group was too large.
- VV.The instructors sometimes didn't quite answer all the questions we asked, we were a big group, so it was understandable. Their explanations were quite good and the food we had was great.

- AA.The farm where we cooked was beautiful. We had a wonderful afternoon
